The vibrant bunches of grapes from the old vine of the grandfather who wore the white “plis” in Drenoc, Rahovec, combined with the craftsmanship, passion, and pride of Nivokaz, brought to life by the hardworking hands of Albanian women, form the soul of Syrrush. After coming to life, the Aged Syrrush is slowly refined in red oak barrels.
